To expedite the filling of your order, please have ready:
1. The catalog item numbers and name.
2. Quantity of each item you would like to order.
ORDER REQUIREMENTS:
On bulk order (5 lbs. and over) please advise us of your required delivery date. Bulk quantities may need processing into your required form so please expect a longer turn-around time.
ADD-ONS:
Additional items may be added-on, if placed the same day of the original order. Please advise us that there is an existing order to put the add-ons to.
EXPORT:
For shipments outside the United States but within North America, we require a $50 minimum order. For shipments outside North America, we require a $100 minimum order. These requirements are necessary to cover the additional work incurred due to the completion of customs documentation.
PRODUCT USE INFORMATION:
Unfortunately we are not able to offer any information on the medicinal or any other use of the items that we sell. We do hold the certification required to dispense medicinal, dosage, formulating or other such information. But, the rules and regulations of the FDA prohibit this action. There are many excellent books on herb and spices today. We would strongly recommend that you consult the writings of the experts in the field.
PAYMENT METHOD:
We accept Visa, Master Card, cash, check and money orders.
PLEASE NOTE: We will not ship any order if you have an overdue balance.
Returned checks are subject to a $20.00 fee.
SHIPPING:
Shipping cost will be market rate of USPS or UPS – Minimum of $4.80 - Shipments to P.O. Boxes and destinations not serviced by UPS will be shipped via USPS.
UPS Next Day, 2-Day orders must be received by 10 am for same day service. Airborne and Federal Express service also available for express delivery requirements. Additional shipping charges may apply.
RETURNS AND CREDITS:
Credit must be requested within 10 days from receipt of goods. Unless we are at fault in filling the order, returned merchandise is subject to a 20% restocking fee and freight charges. All material must be returned in original unopened packaging and in good condition. Credit is subject to evaluation and approval of the returned material by our Quality Control Department.
DAMAGED MERCHANDISE:
If you notice that a package has been damaged upon arrival, you may refuse receipt of order, or sign and note on the delivery bill any shortages or damages. If you discover that items have been damaged after the package has been opened, notify the carrier and us immediately. Please call us if you need further assistance.
PRICES/PACKAGING:
Bulk prices are listed in 1/4lb, 1/2lb and 1 pound quantities. Base prices reflect 1 pound of the item. The prices for bulk items of more that 5 pounds are discounted by 10%.
Due to market fluctuation, prices are subject to change without notice. For quantities of 5 pounds or more, please call, fax or write for bulk price quote. Items are normally packaged in 1-pound poly bags. Individual items over 10 pounds are packed in 1lb bags.
Non-irradiation:
We do not irradiate any of our herbs or spices. Furthermore, all of our suppliers are required to complete non-irradiation statements, which are kept on file and updated annually.
